Welcome Class of 2012!!
 
Simeon Career Academy has developed an all new admissions process, beginning with our new Online, Word Based Application. 
 
Please read prior to completing the application
  • A completed application packet contains the following:
  • A completed and signed application by parent/guardian and student
  • A typed essay
  • Counselor/Teacher letters of recommendation
  • 7th Grade Standardized Test Scores; all additional test data
  • Copy of 1st marking period 8th Grade Report Card
  • Copy of Cumulative Records (Cum Card)
  • Individualized Educational Plan (if applicable)
Simeon Career Academy is not responsible for incomplete applications. Simeon is open from 7:30am until 4:00pm daily. We will accept applications via US mail or CPS mail run. Complete Applications may be mailed to:
